Refund and Return Policy for Nayak Afrik Limited

At Nayak Afrik Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We strive to provide the best value and service in every interaction. Most unopened items purchased from Nayak Afrik Limited in new or original condition and returned within 7 days are eligible for a refund or exchange. Certain items may have a modified return policy, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase, particularly for special order items.

GENERAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you encounter issues such as damaged items or missing parts, you can easily initiate a refund or replacement process. Our goal is to resolve your concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Return Eligibility: Products purchased within 7 days from the date of receipt can be returned without requiring a specific reason, provided that:
  • The item/package is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • For items without quality issues, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Special ordered products that do not have quality or product issues cannot be returned.
  • The product is part of Nayak Afrik Limited’s regular inventory.
• Exchanges: Exchanges and reissues of orders can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.

GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE STANDARDS & RULES

• We inspect all products for quality and functionality before processing returns or exchanges.
• We accept returns of undamaged and unopened products within the first 7 days post-delivery.
• For exchanges within 15 days post-delivery, if an item is found to be faulty (verified by Nayak Afrik Limited’s testing and service team), a replacement or reissue will be processed within 24 hours during working hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM GMT, excluding statutory holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
• For faulty products, Nayak Afrik Limited will cover the return shipping costs. You can track your return status and will be notified via email once we receive your return, including information on when to expect your refund or replacement.

SUBMISSION & PROCESSING TIME

Return and exchange requests can be submitted 24/7. However, our Service Teams process these requests from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM GMT.
